THE SOP # 1

PERFACE

It is not my intention to play the role of the moral teacher, since I am almost the worst sinner I ever knew. If I already bored you, don’t read the followings and forgive me. If not, it is a honor form me having your attention for a little more time.

UNDERLYING ASSUMPTION

As it is evident that nowadays the professional competences are well spread, and everybody seems to be adequately intelligent, it is also clear that very few persons do have the great merit of acting ethically without hypocrisy. Moreover, the current difficult scenario, worsen by the global economical crisis, pulls strongly on some ancestral survival’s instincts, that drive to compulsive behaviors such as rush, lack of analysis,  selfishness, overestimated value of the money, disloyalty.

OPERATIVE INSTRUCTIONS

The Standard Operative Procedure # 1 is my naïve but serious attempt to condensate in few lines the sense of our ethical commitment.

1) Let Love Rule

Rationality is impotent without the drive of the heart.

Moreover a job made with love will certainly produce appreciable results.

2) Trust your team.

It is not true that every man is an island.

We work and live because of and for the relationships.

3) Believe in you.

With respect to each one's personal story, everybody holds a talent.

Also a little job, if well executed,  contributes to a better world.

4) Keep On Studying

Knowledge is first a duty than a right. Internet is a friend wizard that brings to

our house the World Class Top Knowledge. Free.

5) Be humble.

Humbleness is the pre-requirement for everything. The most valuable talent.

6) Welcome feedbacks.

Our mistakes and the experiences of our elder colleagues are great valuable

teachers. Don’t risk to loose the power of the past generation’s achievements.

7) Be loyal.

Shortcuts and “smart ways” lead to nowhere.

Loyalty slowly build up strong relationships based on mutual trust and

    acknowledgment.
